Ico Parisi is one of the forerunners of the industry. Made in Italy His artistic and professional training took place between the wars. As soon as he finished his studies in construction, in 1934, he joined the Como guild of trades, which advocated integrating areas such as craftsmanship and architecture under the umbrella of modern art. Just as this transdisciplinary idea was beginning to mature, the Second World War broke out and Parisi was posted to the Russian front. On his return, the Italian translated that cooperative vision into a long list of collaborations with other artists that extended throughout the 1950s.
