What is the delivery time?
Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands. The delivery time to your home is from 1 to 3 working days (understood as Monday to Friday during business hours) for national deliveries in the peninsula, except for the Balearic and Canary Islands, in these territories the delivery time will be from 3 to 5 working days. No deliveries are made on weekends and public holidays.
European Union. The delivery time to your home is 5 to 8 working days (understood as Monday to Friday during business hours) for deliveries within the European Union.
No deliveries are made on weekends and public holidays.
The delivery time indicated is for all the articles in the shop, with the exception of made-to-measure products, orders on demand and out of stock, the delivery time for which will depend on the type of product.
Large and particularly delicate items will be delivered by door-to-door carrier to guarantee delivery in optimum conditions.
What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost will vary according to the volumetric weight of the piece(s) being shipped.
Returns
What is the return period?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 working days from the date of receipt to return it.
How do I make a return?
The first step is to contact us by email at hola@lacalifornie.es to provide you with the address to which you should return the goods. The products must be sent in the same condition as they were delivered and in their original packaging. It is important that the products are perfectly packed together with a copy of the delivery note.
We will send the transport company to the address requested for collection.
Once we have received the items and checked that the above conditions have been met, we will send a voucher to an email address indicated by the customer, with the amount of the product, discounting the return postage costs.
Shipping costs for returns shall be borne by the customer (including promotions and offers) except for broken items or unless, by mistake, the wrong item arrives, in which case La Californie shall bear the cost of collection.
Custom-made products, orders on demand and textile furniture (tables, chairs, armchairs, sofas or any type of upholstered seating, etc.) are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
