(hereinafter La Californie), with registered office at calle Condes del Val 18, 28036, Madrid, and tax identification number B85889855 is the owner of the portal www.lacalifornie.es (hereinafter the Portal) and makes it available to Internet users (hereinafter the User or Users as appropriate), in order to provide information on its products and related promotions, as well as to enable the provision of different services through the Portal (registration of Users, receipt of newsletters and online shopping).

La Californie may, at any time and without prior notice, modify these Conditions of Use by publishing these modifications on the Website so that Users are aware of them.

The prices shown on the screen are those in force, unless there is a typing error; they are in euros and include VAT.

La Californie currently only delivers to the Peninsula, the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands and the European Union, so if the user selects delivery as the method of receipt of the order, he/she will have to enter an address in the form that is within this area.

It is the user's responsibility to enter the discount codes to benefit from any promotions that may be available on the website and any discount vouchers that the user may have. La Californie shall not be obliged to reimburse the amount of the discount if the user does not enter the code. La Californie undertakes to make promotional codes visible to the user.

Accepted payment methods
Accepted methods of payment are credit/debit card or bank transfer. In the case of bank transfer, the customer will have a period of 2 working days to make the payment. If the bank transfer is not received within this period, the order will be cancelled.

Legislation and jurisdiction
These general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the relevant legislation in force in Spain, which shall apply subsidiarily in all matters not covered by these terms and conditions.

La Californie shall not be held liable for any damages that may arise from, by way of example but not limited to

That may be caused by third parties by means of unlawful interference beyond the control of the Portal and not attributable to La Californie;

User's obligations
